30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused condition
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Sale and clearance items are final sale
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our team at admin@stonetownmerchants.com or call +1 (202) 929-3352. Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge and provide a prepaid return label.
