Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental United States. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting us at admin@stonetownmerchants.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
